All presenters are people who are trans, non binary and/or another non cis identity as well as hold multiple currently and historically erased and/or pushed out identity(ies). Some examples but not limited to of identity(ies) that are historically and currently excluded are: people who are disabled/with disabilties, people who are Black, Indigenous and folx of color, and many more identity(ies).
This conference compensates presenters (which is something that rarely happens) because we believe that we need to be compensating people for labor, experience, knowledge, time and more!
